Collection Overview

This collection provides a growing resource of visual protocols using Danio rerio (zebrafish) across developmental biology, genetics, cardiovascular research, neuroscience, immunology, infection biology, cancer research, toxicology, and regenerative medicine. Current protocols cover areas including zebrafish husbandry, genome editing, microinjection, disease modeling, imaging, behavioural analysis, physiological measurements, cell isolation, and drug and environmental testing. Open to new submissions, this collection aims to serve as a practical protocol database for the zebrafish research community, bringing together reproducible methods that support both established and emerging applications of this versatile model organism.
